Tenant Repair & Maintenance Request

If you have a maintenance request that is not urgent, please submit your request using the form below, or by visiting our office.

Or If you have an urgent repair, please contact our office asap on 07 4749 3733. If it is an emergency repair that require attention outside business hours, please contact the Rental Emergency Number directly on 0488 185 955

If you are locked out of your property after office hours it is not the real estates responsibility to give you access, you will have to contact a lock smith and all charges will be at the tenant’s expense. Urgent repairs are defined by the residential Tenancies Act 1997 as the following:

  • burst water service
  • blocked or broken toilet system
  • serious roof leak
  • gas leak
  • dangerous electrical fault
  • flooding or serious flood damage
  • serious storm or fire damage
  • failure or breakdown of any essential service or appliance provided by a landlord or agent for hot water, water, cooking, heating, or laundering
  • failure or breakdown of the gas, electricity or water supply
  • any fault or damage in the premises that makes the premises unsafe or insecure
  • an appliance, fitting or fixture that is not working properly and causes a substantial amount of water to be wasted

If you see prompt “Thank you for your enquiry. We will be in touch shortly.” means the request submit successful.
